Provincial People’s Committee worked with Hai Ha Waterway Transport Company Limited
Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee made speech at the working session.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee presided over the working session. Participants included the comrades: Dang Trong Thang, Vice Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Pham Van Xuyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of some relevant departments and sectors; Leader of Thai Thuy District People’s Committee.
At the working session, the leader of Hai Ha Company reported the situation of production and business activities and result of tax payment of enterprise from 2012 to 2017, it is expected that tax amount paid in 2018 in the province will be VND 1,000 billions; the investment in production and business expansion in the province and some difficulties and problems of the enterprise at present such as: lease of land to build the headquarters, office of the Company, dredge of maritime channel of Diem Dien port, project for petrol and oil business shops in the communes: Thuy Trinh, Thai Thuy (Thai Thuy district), Dong Hoa (Thai Binh city) and the project for raising the yard, stabilizing the sea dike No. 8, Thai Thuy district.
After listening to the delegates clarifying the issues proposed by Hai Ha Company, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee recognized the efforts to overcome difficulties, stable production and contribute to the state budget of Hai Ha Company; concurrently concluded the contents proposed by the enterprise. On land for the construction of the headquarters, office of the Company, to assign Department of Natural Resources and Environment to soon complete the procedures, documents for the auction of land use right in accordance with the regulations of the law and facilitate the enterprises, including Hai Ha Company to bid. On implementation of dredging the channel of Diem Dien port, assign Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment to advise the adjustment of public investment plan, submit to the People’s Council and People’s Committee for consideration and approval for early implementation to improve the operation capacity of Diem Dien Port in service of marine economic development. On the projects of Hai Ha Company, assign to the functional departments, sectors and the People’s Committee of Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh city to coordinate, early settle in strict accordance with the order and procedure regulated by the law, facilitate the enterprise to timely invest in production and business.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee also asked Hai Ha Company to concentrate all investment resources, strive to improve the production value, complete the plan assigned by the Government, and contribute to ensuring the plan on paying to the state budget for the province in 2018.
